The Emergency Services Division Team

A few years ago, the Emergency Services Division was formed, and with the acquisition of another smaller insurance company came with its book of business the Talleyville Fire Company.

After some discussion between President Dan Kiley of Talleyville and our President Dennis Salter, the division was formed.

Our Division Team

Doug Salter

This division is made up of Doug Salter, a retired Delaware State Trooper, and corporate security executive, who brings over 25 years of emergency service to the table.

Dave Majewski

Dave Majewski, a 28 year life active member of the Good-Will Fire Company #1 of New Castle, serving 19 years as a fire line officer (7 as fire chief) and 6 years as a member of their board of directors (5 years as chairman) David also holds his NREMT certification, and has been riding the ambulance for his entire career.

Sandy Keele

Sandy brings a life long service to the benefits department including health, life and numerous other facets to the table. Sandy and her NCI staff strive to become an extension of your Departments Human Relations Department, saving you the headache of dealing with complicated issues that are so important to your staff and volunteers.
